Extremely professional staff; I am beyond happy with my experience and am so glad I found Tiam Spa. I’ve been a customer since December 2022. I purchased two package deals, which I loved so much! The first package was a six-session full-body laser treatment plan. The ladies who completed each session were very gentle and fast! The second package was four facial treatments, and Vanessa did a fantastic job. She also massaged my shoulders, which was a nice touch that made me love the facials even more! Vanessa is kind and explains very clearly while giving me the best options. I’m sad I’m moving away and will genuinely miss these ladies.

I just finished 10 sessions of laser hair removal with Tiam Spa and I am so happy with my results! Everyone at Tiam Spa was so friendly and caring. I was super nervous my first time and they made me feel comfortable and talked to me the whole way through. They listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. This is a full-service spa. All the staff are highly skilled and trained, and they use top shelf professional products. The spa is beautifully decorated, has top-of-the line equipment and comfortable, relaxing treatment rooms. I have been using this spa since it was opened, and have been seeing Tiam for several years prior for IPLs and skin tightening. I just had a full-service facial with Nasrin, and it was the best facial I've ever experienced. Highly recommend this spa for all the services offered.

This is a fantastic establishment. I went in for laser hair removal, let me tell you... the results are magnificent! My unwanted hair was reduced significantly. Plus, the team at Tiam Spa is absolutely wonderful! All the staff are kind, well trained, patient, and good hearted people. Go for their services as they are fantastic, but also go for the staff. The staff is really what makes this place the top-notch spa in the DMV. I loved my experience at Tiam Spa and will certainly be returning.

I'm glad that I chose Tiam Spa for my laser hair removal treatment. This place is amazing, from the staff to their laser machine and the cozy environment. Everything was pleasant and I have seen wonderful results after only six sessions. They always have great deals and packages that are very affordable compared to other places. Ask for Jocelyne, she is the best laser tech. You won't regret their great service!

Tiam and her staff were nice but unfortunately after completing my bundle deal of 6 sessions, I see very little results. I understand laser is different for everyone and I was prepared for future maintenance but even if I booked 6 more I still don’t think I’d have desirable results. I was hesitant from the beginning because they do not use ND YAG which is #1 recommendation for POC. I should have followed my instinct instead of chasing a deal. UPDATE in response to Tiam Spas response: I was not told that and therefore I’m updating my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Why would I purchase if I was told that this bundle package wouldn’t work for me? That doesn’t even make sense and I do not have olive skin so maybe you have me confused with someone else. I actually told you I was getting married and asked if my results would be complete before then and you said yes and if I needed 1 extra we could work that out. I’m guessing in exchange for a positive review/testimonial. When I neared the end of my services that wasn’t offered and I didn’t bring it up because as I said I would need way more than 1 or even 6 more treatments. The laser may work on fair skin but please do not expect results if you are a caramel or darker skin tone. Nothing personal but I feel a responsibility to help other women, especially of color when weighing their options.

I had the Laser Hair Removal from Tiam Spa. My experience with the service is amazing. I can feel notable change. Also, I love the way how they welcomed me every time I went there. I would highly recommend them. The best LHR deal in the town. Well wishes and lots of love for the amazing team.
