Tiam Medspa is a beautiful Medspa i have ever been to in Mclean, i love this place, i can easily book my appointment online and the moment you walk in to this beautiful location everyone is welcoming and super nice ,i got my botox and fillers at this location and my skin looks amazing. Im ready for summer now 🙂 I wish i can give 10 star and cant wait for my next appointment, Thank you again you guys are amazing , Finally a Location that they know what they are doing 🙂

Karlyn took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The results were natural and exceeded my expectations. Tiam Spa is amazing! I commute to McLean 1-2 times per month just to visit this spa because the services are incredible. Full disclosure — I am an African American male who has had skin conditions/issues since I was a teen. We are talking about ingrown hairs all over my body, mild acne, and hyperpigmentation. Seriously, as soon as I get a pimple or a nick on my skin, that spot stays black for 2+ YEARS. I have tried shaving, but it only results in more ingrown hairs and dark spots. To top it all off, my skin has started to age now that I am in my 30s. Tiam Spa has helped with all of this. I initially went in for laser hair removal. I was skeptical at first because I know that not all lasers work with dark skin pigmentation. Tiam Spa uses a diode laser that is painless and highly effective! After just two sessions, my body hair was reduced significantly. I recommend buying a laser hair removal package. If you aren’t sure how much you need, just schedule a consultation; everyone there will be super helpful. After a few sessions, I was curious about what other treatments they had to offer. Now, I go to Tiam Spa for botox, facials, microneedling, and even skin care products. The staff here has offered skin care products that have helped with the specific needs that I have mentioned. The botox has been great; they have well-trained aestheticians who are very skilled. I learned that Dysport lasts longer than Botox, so I recommend purchasing it. Even though it is a bit more expensive, you will save money overall and be very happy with your results. The microneedling has helped even out the layers of my skin, complexion, and pigmentation. If you have craters or scars on your face, I recommend trying this. It doesn’t hurt since they numb you beforehand, and the staff walks you through pre- and post-procedure care. Lastly, I have been doing the Oxygen Facial treatments. After having hyperpigmentation from shaving my beard for nearly twenty years, the bottom half of my face and the top part of my neck is much darker than any other part of my body. The Oxygen Facial has helped brighten and even out my skin. I see results with each session that I get! My skin has transformed so much over the past year, and I truly owe it to this spa and all who work here. I am very happy that I decided to try laser therapy here because it has led to me getting support with issues I never knew I could fix.
