Not great! Not nice and rude during my experience, and is very disorganized. The employee or owner does not know how to properly communicate/ manage clients with respect.

Tiam is amazing! I drive all the way from Delaware to get my services done with her, She is very thorough with each service. This is my third full body session with her and I started noticing results after only my second session! Tiam is also very honest with her pricing. She is worth every mile! I am so excited to finish my laser journey with her. I recommend her 💯0%!!!

The center is so great for so many reasons! Transportation: easy and free parking right next to the spa and only one block from metro; Center: super clean, comfortable and Tiam has been very careful and being active in ensuring everyone is safe due to COVID; Treatment: on my second hair removal session, I could already see the results and almost didn’t have to shave! Results were beyond my expectations and it didn’t hurt as I would had imagine and sessions are also super fast and effective. Tiam: she’s super sweet and very professional. I highly recommend her- she’s awesome!

It is unnerving going to lay your deficiencies bare before a stranger. I have been plagued with a five o'clock shadow for years. I met Tiam. She has a way of making you feel instantly at home. Her smile, her energy and her specific knowledge of skin made me feel so optimistic. My insides feel better after leaving her. Customer service is lost art, however, Tiam has mastered it. Perfectly.

Tiam has been my first choice to go for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous at what the pain might be like, but Tiam was really sweet and patient to ensure I'm comfortable. The practice is clean, tidy, and nicely decorated, not to also forget to mention very thorough, and have been very kind and accommodating when I've had to change my appointments. I highly recommend Tiam to anyone who is looking to get laser hair removal and other treatments as my friends have also gone to her and have been fully satisfied with their results!

This place is absolutely wonderful! It’s such a nice experience and Tiam is very knowledgeable in skin care and has many years of experience. She is also very patient and respectful! She takes lots of time to explain the process and answered every question I had with great detail. I had my first session today and she made it very comfortable and always asked if I am okay and if I needed a break. She makes the experience personal and pleasant. She also has very good pricing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone trying to get any area or full body laser hair removal!
