I was very happy to go to Tiam spa to get service today. Unfortunately, after scheduling a 6 session IPL treatment for the special price Tia quoted me a few months ago, she not only didn’t honor her quote, she yelled at me and disrespected me when I asked her about honoring her special. Tia made me feel awful! Two months earlier, I went to Tiam spa for cosmetic advice and Tiam typed out and gave me a special price on a 6 session IPL treatment. It seems like she may have forgot to put it in her computer but I took a photo of that deal and showed it to the front desk. The front desk lady told me that I couldn’t have that deal because, she said, it was expired. I asked her why she didn’t tell me about that when I called to schedule the appointment and told her I was coming in for the 6 session deal. Tiam, the owner, came to help but, instead of helping, she got angry and rude and started arguing with me. Then she told me that if I didn’t want her services, I could go - so I left. Because of her attitude, Tiam has lost me as a customer and, before you become another victim, I hope you find another place as well. Customers are important for businesses, especially now, but apparently, Tia doesn’t care about us so that’s ok, she will do without me. I couldn’t trust her to perform facial services after the way she treated me.

I loved my carbon facial with Tiam! She was very detail-oriented and attentive throughout the process. She did a great job with my skin, making it look dewy and clean and feeling super soft. I genuinely appreciated how she would continuously ask me how I am throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. She’s the absolute best!

for many years I have been lookin for a place that I can trust and get the results I need. I have finally found my spa!!! Tiamspa is by far my favorite spa that I have ever been to. they provide many different treatments with high expertise and care. The staff is extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend Tiamspa for whom ever that is looking to get outstanding service.

I went for full face laser hair removal. Tiam is professional, super nice, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone if you want a more personal experience.

I've had four facial laser sessions in Tiam Spa. I'm really happy with the outcome! My skin is much clearer and healthier than it was before. The result of the treatment of my large pores and acne scars are already visible even after the 2nd session, and they are now gone after I have completed the treatment. My skin is smooth, vibrant, and healthy as a result of this treatment. Tiam is someone I recommend to others because she is professional, knowledgeable about skin care, and very nice to her clients,

Love this place. Tried their Carbon Laser Facial when I went home to Virginia last year. It's so sad that I can't find a clinic that is as good as this in San Diego. Tiam is really great! I highly recommend her.

Affordable and nice services. The place is super clean and very relaxing. The staff are very courteous and very gentle when performing the treatment. Overall, I had a great time. I will come back again and try their other services in the future.

Everyone in Tiam Spa is wonderful, and the clinic is stunning! I had a facial with Tiam, and she took the time to go through my skin history and issues in detail. The facial itself was very soothing, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I'm excited for my next appointment!
