Such lovely people, Tiam and her staff were amazing, I’ve done microneedling at Tiam spa! I still can’t believe how great my face became, they’re all so experiened/ nice and very caring! For those who looking for a good Spa to get facial, microneedling or anything related to your skin, I’d highly recommend “Tiam Spa” and I’m sure you’ll be suprise when you see the result, thank y’all so much again! I was Tiams customer I got a 8 session package for full body hair removal. At the end, I barely saw results, and she even acknowledged it. I wish I was offered a refund or additional full body sessions. I felt like because I already paid for the package, Tiam would rush through the sessions and didn't care about the service. This is my first time writing a bad review because I usually get along with people and businesses, but there were times where Tiam's mood would change - she would get annoyed and rude during sessions. Other times, she was nice. I also noticed that Tiam responds to all the low online reviews as "fake review". I'm not sure if she is just saying that because she wants her business to look good, but this is not a fake review. I was a client for a full year and I can prove it with my receipt and credit card charge. Tiam asked me to write a review before we finished the treatments, so that explains why there's so many. For example, there’s amazing restaurants that have minimal reviews as it doesn't always reflect quality. Overall, I recommend searching for other places.

Tiam Spa is great! I highly recommend especially for their men’s services. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location near Tysons is convenient and very clean. 🙂

Tiam Spa Laser & Skin Center is the best spa located in the DMV. Their staff is very accommodating when scheduling appointments and their service is exceptional. Their staff is highly trained and they bring a sense of comfort to you when you are receiving laser treatment. I have been doing laser for sometime now and I have gotten the best results from this spa. I could not recommend this spa more!

Great service great staff , Always clean and smell so good . Tiam the owner is super friendly she is treating me with warm welcoming every time . I have been doing my laser hair removal I got a package of full body after 3rd sessions I saw a significant results , after this results I was thinking of getting a facial and IPL sun damage removal because I trusted this business and her staff , my first services were amazing and I am very happy ! and I brought my cousins and friends .
