I absolutely love this place! The service is amazing in every single way. The nurse who does my Botox is the sweetest — so gentle, professional, and always makes sure my results look natural and perfect. skincare is also adorable and truly knowledgeable. She take her time, give the best advice, and really care about what works for you. And I have to mention the owner, Tiam — she is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in every way. You can feel how much love she puts into her business and how much she cares about her clients’ experience. Every visit feels comfortable, warm, and worth it. It’s my first time to have laser hair removal in my life. After only having 3 sessions so far, I’ve seen amazing results in reduction in hair growth. I can go a much longer time in between shaving. I’m looking forward to the day where I don’t have to shave at all!! I’m virtually hairless!! I’m so thankful to Tiam Spa and Tiam herself for recommending laser hair removal. I’m definitely going to do more areas. I love being hair free and not having to shave! Definitely cuts my time getting ready!

A few months ago, I started laser treatment for several areas. At first, they told me that in order for my body to get used to it, it had to be done at the lowest level. I agreed, and after the first session, they gave me an appointment two weeks later. During that time, there was no shedding at all because the device power was not strong enough. Two weeks later, I went back and asked them to increase it a little bit. After the second session, shedding started little by little, but there were still hairs left in every area. I didn’t pay much attention and continued going to my sessions. Up until the fifth session, yes, there was shedding, but there were always hairs that remained and grew back very quickly in every area. The laser was not applied in detail to the areas. For example, in the Brazilian area, they never went to the inner parts. I reminded them many times, but they never applied it properly to the inner lip area. At most, they passed over it once or twice, but it was never thorough. I don’t know if they felt uncomfortable, but as a result, there was never any shedding there only in the bikini line. The first issue I want to point out is that the sessions were scheduled every two weeks. As someone educated in this field, I don’t find two-week intervals okay, because biologically, at least three weeks are needed for the hair follicles to reach a stage where the device can detect them again. I still don’t understand why a contract was signed for two-week intervals in the first place. Another issue is that during the sessions, several areas were clearly missed. As I said, despite reminding them several times, the Brazilian area (the inner lips) was completely left out, and no shedding ever occurred there. And finally, what I noticed as a major shortcoming was that the device did not have sufficient power. In the last three sessions, there was no shedding at all, and the hairs returned to their normal growth speed. Before this, I had gone to other laser centers, and shedding always occurred after each session. This makes me feel that toward the later sessions at your center, the device simply wasnt good enough.

I did laser at Tiam spa and I’ve had a great experience. The machine definitely works better than other laser places and I’ve had such a considerable difference in my hair growth. I’ll see as time passes if it’s the same but so far so good! The timing between each session is also what made things even better!

I love the staff - they are all so thorough and kind! They always listen to and address any concerns you may have about your treatments. The studio is also very clean, pretty, and calming every time I walk in! All around good vibes. 🙂
