Man oh man, how I will miss Tiam ♥️ I recently completed a full body laser package and couldn’t be happier with my results. Where I once grew thick, coarse, black hair - I now get no hair or very light hair. Tiam and Sarah were always so kind and they work quickly to minimize any pain. I’m moving abroad but I will miss this spa so, so, so much. Thank you for giving me so much confidence in my body!

Tiam and her staff could not be more welcoming! The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The services provided are excellent! Every time I see Tiam I tell her to just do whatever she’s doing to herself because she’s truly beautiful!

I had a terrible experience with Tiam spa that I want to share with you. On consultation day, she was very nice but when she took the money she didn’t show her face again. I got 8 sessions of laser treatment that were done by different technicians which was against our first agreement. I messaged to Tiam and said that I didn’t feel good about it. Upon the contact, she promised that she would put me on her own chart which she did. But I wish I didn't complain because she was so mad on me that I complained. On the consultation day, she said that a full body treatment takes 45 minutes but during 2 sessions with Tiam I was given only 25 minutes. On the eighth and last session, she entered room and didn't even say anything. Five minutes after she started the session, someone knocked the door and she left the room and came back after 7 minutes. I showed her the areas that didn't get proper treatment but she ignored and stopped the laser after 10 minutes . I got so upset and when I was leaving her place another technician asked me to make another appointment. But I said that I didn’t want to drive 50 minutes only to get 15 minutes treatment. This time her mom invited me to her office to apologize and offered me a free facial treatment to compensate her daughter’s behavior and I did not go for my last treatment.

I went to Tiam Spa and Mimi was my injector. One thing I loved about her was she was honest, and wasn’t trying to scam me of spending more money. I went in just wanting facial balancing and possibly more lip injections and she recommended I not get any more lip injections because my old ones had migrated a little. I love how natural and flawless her work is. Attached are my before and after pictures. The first one was a picture of my original face, without fillers. The second picture was after botox in the forehead, and 11s, and cheek fillers to balance out both sides of my face. I highly recommend her!

The team at Tiam Spa is unmatched, and you will leave glowing from ear to ear. Their knowledge, application and attention to detail are topnotch. Caring and gentle professionals. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office is not accommodating and rescheduled my appointment multiple times throughout my laser package. She rescheduled half of my appointments from the original time I worked into my busy schedule, coming in on days I worked or else she told me I would have to wait a month to be seen, all because of her lack of timing. Tiam AND two staff members promised I had two last appointments and scheduled me for them, and then calls me 20 minutes before my appointment to say that its canceled and I have no more sessions left. After calling back she said that this is not her fault and that theres nothing she can do. She says (and I quote) “I am so busy with clients all the time I don’t have time to sit down and drink tea, why would I as a business owner give you free services, this isn't my fault” (after confirming with me for 3 appointments prior that I had two services left which I take time to work into my schedule). If you promise your client a service (or TWO services) you should at least provide something for inconvenience, but instead she does not care about client retention. I truly am disappointed in the way she handled the situation after I made accommodations for her nonstop when she lost so many staff members (take note of her employee turnover). Multiple times since I have been in the office she has screwed clients over by scheduling them in times that don’t work or promise things she can’t uphold, and taking NO responsibility for any of it. If you truly want to go to a place that is reliable and has good customer service, Tiam is NOT the place to go. And to top it all she sends mass messages saying you will get 10% off if you leave a review and show them, essentially paying people to leave good reviews. Think twice about this spa, spend your money elsewhere. Your carelessness MULTIPLE times in a row isn’t just an accident anymore Tiam, don’t lie to your clients to make your business sound better.

Highly recommended for taking care of your health and skin. I got my IV drip services for my wife, mother in law and myself every month. I got my wife daxxify and hair removal laser packaged and she really satisfied with the results. She looks stunning and keep her appearance youth and enhance her charming with filler . Mimi is very attentive and know how to consult the enough dosage to keep her much natural looks. Tiam Spa is the best beauty clinic you should try.
